Its property portfolio includes: Dufferin Mall, Cataraqui Centre, Stone Road Mall, Orchard Park, Kildonan Place, Halifax Shopping Centre, Marlborough Mall, and Devonshire Mall. The company generates a majority of its revenue from the Rent receivables.
