Di Corp manufactures semiconductor inspection equipment in South Korea. Its business divisions are the semiconductor equipment business division, which produces and sells semiconductor inspection equipment; the electronic components business division, which manufactures electromagnetic shielding (EMC); the environmental business division, which manufactures water treatment-related equipment; the audio/video equipment business division; and the secondary battery business division, which manufactures secondary battery equipment. Its main products include Wafer Memory Tester, Test Burn-In Tester, Monitoring Burn-In Tester, Multi Flexibility Tester, Logic Burn-In Tester, and Burn-In Board.
