Nicox SA is an international ophthalmology company developing solutions to help preserve vision and improve ocular health. It is developing a portfolio of treatments targeting glaucoma, diseases of the anterior segment and retinal diseases. A drug candidate (NCX 470) in phase 3 clinical development designed to reduce intraocular pressure ("IOP") in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. A drug candidate (NCX 1728) in preclinical development for retinal diseases and glaucoma, derived from Nicox's proprietary nitric oxide (NO)-donating research platform. Its products are ZERVIATE, VYZULTA, Naproxcinod, etc.
