Principal activities includes operation of titanium-based materials processing activities, at its mineral separation plant at Yingkou, China (Yingkou); the evaluation and advancement of downstream applications for zircon and titanium. Its segments are DMS: Development of the DMS mine, incorporates the group's joint venture interest in the Donald Project which is accounted for on an equity accounting basis; and China: Development and construction of mineral processing plant and mineral trading. Majority of revenue comes from China. Geographically majority of revenue comes from China.
