The Fund seeks to meet its investment objective by investing substantially all of its assets in the JPMorgan Income ETF (“Underlying Fund”), an exchange traded fund that is traded on the New York Stock Exchange Arca exchange and denominated in USD. The Underlying Fund is actively managed and seeks to achieve its objective by investing opportunistically among multiple debt markets and sectors that the Underlying Fund Manager believes have high potential to produce income and have low correlations to each other in order to manage risk.
