Info-communications covers optical fiber cables, fusion splicers, and optical/wireless devices. Electronics offers electronic wires, compound semiconductors, and flexible printed circuits. Environment & energy covers power cables and transmission equipment. Industrial materials includes cutting tools and sintered components. SEI operates across 40 countries, employing over 280,000 people, with a majority of consolidated sales generated in Japan.
