La Trobe Classic Notice Account LTC0001AU Strategy
The Fund aims to provide Investors with a reasonably stable and predictable income based on a monthly variable rate of return, investing in loans secured by mortgages including, in some cases, aged care and reverse mortgage loans, cash, term deposits, bonds issued by a State or Federal Government or an Australian financial institution, negotiable certificates of deposit and bank bills, retaining a higher cash allocation than other Investment Accounts in the Fund.
