The Fund primarily invests between 65-100% of assets in A-REITs, with the balance held in cash or similar investments and up to a maximum of 25% of the Fund’s assets held in stocks outside the Index. Stocks may include, but are not limited to, listed property companies e.g. property developers and property fund managers, derivatives, listed securities such as real asset based infrastructure, aged care, retirement living and hotels.
