The Fund intends to pursue its investment objective by investing all of its assets into an investment company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, the Fermat Cat Bond Fund (the ‘Master Fund’). The Master Fund’s investment objective is to generate returns through selective investment in a portfolio of ILS with global exposure.
