The Fund invests in the Underlying Fund and aims to be as close to fully invested as practical at all times. The Underlying Fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing in funds managed by the Invesco Group that primarily invest, directly or indirectly, ininstitutional quality, core or income real estate and real estate related rights, estates and interests and real estate securities that are located around the globe.
