The Fund will invest primarily in a portfolio of newly established businesses as well as strategic turnaround situations that the Investment Manager believes provide significant growth opportunities and the ability to produce sustainable profits in the long-term. The Fund also attempts to provide low correlation with traditional asset classes and aims to provide investors access to investment opportunities that are traditionally difficult to assess, purchase and manage.
