The Underlying Fund offers its investors the opportunity to invest in infrastructure assets primarily in (or connected with) the US,Canada,Western Europe and Australia and in (or connected with) othe er OECD Countries without requiring the significant cash outlays and investment in human resources that would otherwise be required if investors were to seek to construct a diversified portfolio of infrastructure investments on their own.
