Invests in a combination of global listed property securities and unlisted property investments. The trustee’s target split was 65% listed property securities and 35% unlisted property investments. Note that the listed portion of the option may be implemented via investments in listed Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) or through the use of derivatives. In addition, international investments will generally be fully hedged, meaning they are protected against the impact of currency fluctuations on investment returns.
