In-house research, financial modelling and balance sheet assessment of each company is conducted, followed up with face to face meetings. The majority of income is derived from leases, rent and other real estate related income (avoiding developers and non-rent income streams). Real estate sectors include Storage, Retail, Health, Housing, Apartments, Office, Industrial and Student Accommodation. Option does not hedge currency risk.
