The Fund seeks to generate yield returns for investors through irrigated and dryland crop production, livestock (lease and direct management), opportunistic use of water entitlements and exposure to water entitlement investments and environmental/carbon payments. The strategy will target select mixed farming regions that provide the greatest response to regenerative farming practices, support scaled investment and deliver biodiversity and climate mitigation outcomes.
