The Underlying Fund applies an investment strategy of:
a. allocating the assets of the Underlying Fund among venture capital and growth equity investments via secondary market transactions, direct investments in operating companies and, to a lesser extent, investments in “seasoned” primary funds ;
b. seeking to manage the Fund’s and Underlying Fund’s investment level and liquidity using a commitment strategy which will balance total returns with liquidity targets.
