The fund is to invest in Pacific Equity Partners Capital Solutions Fund (Australasia) (the "Master Fund"), where the Master Fund seeks to provide investors with diversified exposure to Australian and New Zealand borrowers to generate an attractive cash yield with exposure to structured upside.
