The Property Investment segment invests in office space and industrial properties for its rental income potential. The Hotel Operations segment involves hotel operations in the People's Republic of China. The company operates in four geographical markets Hong Kong, Mainland China, Laos, and Thailand out of which Mainland China acts as a maximum revenue contributor.
