Africa Bitcoin Corp Ltd is a South African financial services group providing growth capital and financial solutions, including private credit, equity funding, insurance, investments and advisory services to SMEs across Africa. The company has three reportable operating segments: SME Credit and Investment Services, Bitcoin Treasury, and Investment Holdings. The majority of revenue is derived from the SME Credit and Investment Services, which is engaged in the origination, management, and servicing of secured loans to African SMEs. All of the company's operations are conducted in the Republic of South Africa.
