The company comprises three segments, namely, Office-Sovereign, Office Other, and Head Office. It generates the majority of revenue mainly from the Office Sovereign segment. The revenue comprises of rental income from sovereign tenants, the Fund benefits from resilient income streams supported by national, provincial and local government institutions.
