It holds a 100% interest in four mineral properties: Grota do Cirilo, Sao Jose, Santa Clara, and Genipapo, located in the municipalities of Aracuai and Itinga, in the Vale do Jequitinhonha region in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
