The company operates manganese mines across India, and the majority of its revenue is derived from the sale of manganese ore. The company also manufactures Ferro Manganese and Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide. MOIL also operates two wind power farms, output from the smaller farm is used to manage a nearby mine, while output from the other is sold to a utility company. Its business segments are; Mining which derives key revenue, Manufacturing, and Power generation.
