The company has four reportable segments: Residential Finland, Residential CEE, Building Construction, and Infrastructure. It derives maximum revenue from Building Construction segment, focusing on contracting and selective development of commercial premises in Finland and in CEE countries for public sector and investor clients. Geographically it operates in Finland, CEE, Scandinavia and Sweden.
