Its portfolio comprises commercial properties located in the key growth markets of the United States. The group's key objectives are to provide sustainable distribution and total returns for the unitholders. It derives the majority of its revenue in the form of Rental Income. Geographically, in Singapore, North America, Asia, the UK, and other countries.
