Business description
Landmark REIT, formerly known as Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust, is a real estate investment trust that focuses on retail properties. The principal activities of the Group and of the Trust are to invest in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate properties in Indonesia. The trust manages a portfolio of shopping malls across Indonesia, which are located in the cities of Sumatra and the Java Islands. It generates revenue from leasing properties to tenants, which include supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, fitness centers, leisure venues, and fashion stores.
