The Income Funds invest in a diversified portfolio of fixed interest type assets that are expected to generate reliable income whilst providing capital stability. To provide diversity and a suitable amount of appropriate investment opportunities, the investment policy of the Income Funds permits investment in a range of instruments. The major asset class for each of the Income Fund’s is mortgages.
