Pathfinder Global Property Fund 24112 Strategy
The Fund invests directly in global property stocks that are listed in developed markets. The allocations reflect Pathfinder’s views on, among other things, the outlook for global markets, relative value between markets, market valuations and event risk. The Fund has an overweight New Zealand listed property position (maximum 20%). The property stocks are expected to predominantly own industrial, office and retail property but can include other activities (such as trading and development) and other types of real estate assets.
