The investment objectives of the Fund are to provide Unitholders with a stable, sustainable monthly income stream combined with the potential for capital growth in the value of units in the Fund. The Fund strives for regular and reliable income for investors. The investment strategy of the Fund is to invest in a blend of directly held property investments (the Property Portfolio) and indirectly held property investments (the Investment Portfolio) over time with underlying commercial property exposure diversified by region, sector and tenant.
