Invest in the Property Portfolio which, at 1 January 2014 was 100% occupied by Bunnings on 12-year leases with fixed rental increases of 3% per annum; actively manage the Property Portfolio to maximise its value and income growth prospects; regularly review the Property Portfolio to ensure that its progress and performance are consistent with the investment objective of the Trust; and where appropriate, sell the Property Portfolio or one or more of the Properties individually to maximise returns to Investors.
