Located 2.5 kilometres south of Sydney’s CBD, the Property was completed in 2010 and provides a long term Weighted Average Lease Expiry (WALE) of 11.0 years. The Property is 100% occupied with 55% of gross income secured to 2029 and beyond. Major tenants include Seven West Media Limited and the NSW State Government.
