The Fund will invest primarily in sovereign debt or debt-like securities of countries that are deemed to be developing (i.e. developing market debt securities that are issued in the local currency of the issuer) and in currencies that are deemed to be developing.
The Fund will make investments that are rated Investment Grade or below Investment Grade.
