Driven by market dynamics and a continued focus on expansion, the Board of aCommerce (on which the Investment Manager holds a seat) has unanimously approved the exploration of a final equity financing (‘Proposed Series C Financing’). To enable existing investors in aCommerce to participate in the Proposed Series C Financing (and takeup their full pro-rata entitlement), aCommerce is intending to raise up to US$15 million through a convertible note financing pre-raise (‘Convertible Note Financing’).
