The Fund will hold up to 30 positions and is able to invest in the following: • Equity securities • Corporate credit • Cash • Hybrid securities • Derivative securities i.e. options and warrants. Capital will only be deployed in situations we believe offer a compelling risk/reward opportunity. While we expect to be fully invested, cash allocations can range from 0- 100% of the portfolio depending on market conditions.
