The Fund holds listed real estate companies in developed countries worldwide. The Fund seeks to track the returns of the FTSE/EPRA NAREIT Developed ex Australia Rental Index, fully hedged to AUD before taking into account fees, expenses and tax. The FTSE/EPRA NAREIT Developed ex Australia Rental Index comprise of international property securities listed in developed countries. The Fund’s currency exposure is hedged back to the Australian dollar using forward foreign exchange contracts.
