The Investment Mandate of the Fund is First and Second Mortgage property finance transactions, which includes the following: -Land Loans -Construction Loans -Commercial Property; and similar or related transactions. The Trustee may decide to invest in other First or Second Mortgage property finance transactions based on Underlying Investments that it determines will meet the Fund’s objectives at an acceptable level of risk for the Fund.
