A new Class may be established from time to time to give investors the ability to gain exposure to one or more asset classes which the manager believes fits the investment objectives of the Fund including: ▪ fixed income assets; ▪ mortgage-backed securities; ▪ venture capital; ▪ equities; and ▪ other opportunities.
