The Special Purpose Vehicles are controlled by Dorado Property ("Dorado"), which has over a decade of experience identifying and executing loans backed by first mortgages over Australian real property. Dorado has rigorous systems in place to identify qualifying investments throughout Australia, in addition to sophisticated due diligence procedures. In addition, Dorado First Mortgage Fund 3 has strict risk management and diversification requirements as specified in the Information Memorandum.
