The Fund aims to invest in a relatively narrow asset class, with the majority in the form of domestic equity investments. From time to time, there may be other opportunities that the Fund may invest in, including but not limited to convertible notes, preferred equity and international equities. However, it is not the Investment Manager’s intent for the Fund to hold a substantial portion of non-equity investments in the portfolio. The Fund is sector agnostic and is open to opportunities from a range of industries.
