The Fund will gain its investment exposure by investing into the Underlying Entity. The Underlying Entity can acquire investments which provide investment exposure to: royalty finance and other opportunistic investment strategies, as outlined below, which are consistent with achieving the Fund’s investment objective. The Fund will focus predominantly on royalty finance investments, in the following areas: • intellectual property (’IP’) (e.g. pharmaceutical patents and music copyrights).
