The Fund will deploy capital by way of senior secured asset backed loans of $2 to $20m. - All loans are to be secured against suitable identified and valued assetsincluding real property, equipment, receivables, and inventory, and underlying equity. - The Fund will avoid investments that are equity-like, such as warrants, hybrids and convertible notes and borrowers who are unable to pay monthly cash interest.
