The Fund intends to make a number of direct property Investments in the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) sector in Australia. All properties the Fund acquires must qualify for funding under the SDA legislation, or be likely to on completion if they are a development project.The Fund seeks to select Investments that offer the best risk and return characteristics whilst building a portfolio which is also diversified across property types, location and operators.
