The Fund aims to provide Investors with access to a diversified pool of Australian property loans via a selection of private debt financiers who originate, manage, and deliver secured real estate debt investment opportunities. The Fund targets an average Loan to Value Ratio of no higher than 65%, via a portfolio of senior mortgage and second mortgage debt.
