The Fund intends to invest substantially all of its assets in the Underlying Strategies. The Underlying Strategies invest substantially all of their assets (i.e. the assets of an underlying pooled investment fund and/or assets of a mandate) in a portfolio of global small-cap and mid-cap shares. The Fund aims to be invested with multiple active Underlying Investment Managers whose investment strategies emphasize performance above the benchmark while aiming to control risk.
