The Fund will predominately invest in Australian healthcare property assets focussing on (but not limited to) the following characteristics: (a) either existing or via development (greenfield or brownfield); (b) derive at least 75% of their income from one or a combination of medical operators; for example, private hospitals, day surgeries, medical specialists, general practice clinics and other allied health operators; and (c) Estimated average lot size of AU$50 million.
