The Fund aims to achieve its objective by primarily investing in a broadly diversified portfolio of private infrastructure investments and in Liquidity Instruments. The Fund intends to focus on direct and secondary investments supplemented by select primary investments. Partners Group intends to prioritise investments primarily in operational assets where it anticipates there is downside protection, and that it believes will offer potential for operational improvements and platform building.
