Under normal circumstances, the Underlying Fund is expected to allocate at least 80% of its net assets to Private Credit Investments, including Credit Fund Investments, Direct Credit Investments and Credit Co-Investments. The Underlying Fund's Investments will primarily be acquired through Secondary Transactions. The Underlying Fund's Investments may also be made through Primary Transactions from time to time.
