The Fund’s lending and management strategy will be based on the following: • Adherence to clear and robust lending processes and diligence. • Target portfolio loan-to-value ratios of 70% against total portfolio asset value. Extension ratios against specific assets are set as per the Fund’s lending policy and vary depending on the individual asset, the off take and sale counterparty, the tenor of the underlying trade and other factors as assessed by the Manager and the Portfolio Manager from time to time.
