The Fund intends to invest substantially all of its assets in the Underlying Fund, which is managed by Sands Capital. The Fund invests substantially all of its assets in companies listed on global developed stock exchanges and may hold generally up to 30% of the portfolio in emerging markets. Sands Capital strives to achieve the Funds' objective by employing an active fundamental, bottomup research process that aims to identify leading innovative global growth businesses.
