EDU Holdings Ltd is engaged in the provision of tertiary education services. It currently has two wholly-owned operating businesses: Australian Learning Group Pty Limited and Proteus Technologies Pty Ltd trading as Ikon Institute of Australia. The company operates in two segments; Australian Learning Group Pty Limited (ALG) which is engaged in provision of vocational education to international students, and Ikon segment which is engaged in provision of higher education to both domestic and international students. Majority of the revenue is generated from its Ikon segment. The business operates from campuses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Online.
