Soitec supplies silicon-on-insulator, or SOI, wafers worldwide and also provides other engineered substrates like gallium nitride or silicon carbide. Soitec sells wafers to fabrication plants that use the them to produce chips. Soitec has facilities in France, Singapore, and China.
